These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and km771. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the km771 platform. By accessing or using km771, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which km771 holds its international license. Indonesian players use the platform under their own jurisdiction's applicable laws and regulations.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing km771 and completing the account registration process, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms, including all supplementary policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules).
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and km771 with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior representations, negotiations, or understandings — whether oral or written — are superseded by these Terms.
2.3 km771 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the km771 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of km771 is lawful in your jurisdiction. km771 accepts no liability for any use of the platform that is unlawful in the user's jurisdiction.
3.3 km771 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and/or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
4.1 To access the full range of km771 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) km771 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. All accounts associated with multi-accounting will be permanently closed and any balances within those accounts may be forfeited.
4.3 KYC Verification. km771 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC verification process requires Players to submit:
4.4 km771 will process KYC submissions within 1–24 hours during regular business hours (WIB, Monday–Sunday). The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed on the basis of initial submissions.
4.5 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent account closure. Any funds held in a fraudulently registered account may be forfeited.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km771 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 km771 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from km771 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
5.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify km771 immediately at [email protected]. km771 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
5.4 All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have notified km771 of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 5.3 above.
6.1 km771 accepts deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) and via approved e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6.2 The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000. Players wishing to deposit amounts in excess of Rp 100.000.000 must contact customer support for assistance.
6.3 Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–21:00 WIB) will typically be credited to your km771 account within 5 minutes of confirmation. Transfers made outside of banking hours will be processed on the next business day and may take up to 24 hours to credit. E-wallet deposits are processed immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6.4 Deposits may only be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. km771 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
6.5 km771 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
6.6 By depositing funds to km771, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be requested to the bank account or e-wallet that was used to make the most recent deposit to your km771 account, and which must be registered in your own verified name. This requirement is a mandatory anti-money-laundering control.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts, subject to the daily processing capacity published in the platform's current withdrawal schedule.
7.3 Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) will typically be processed within 5–30 minutes for standard-tier accounts and within 15 minutes for Gold-tier and above VIP members. Requests submitted outside banking hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next banking session.
7.4 km771 will not process withdrawal requests until a Player's KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Players who have not yet completed KYC may continue to play but will be required to complete verification before their first withdrawal is approved.
7.5 km771 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal hold of up to 72 hours on any account that has recently received a bonus or promotional credit, pending verification that applicable wagering requirements have been met.
7.6 In cases where km771's compliance systems identify unusual withdrawal patterns or potential fraudulent activity, the Company may temporarily suspend a withdrawal pending investigation. km771 will notify the affected Player within 48 hours of initiating such a review and will endeavor to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe.
8.1 km771 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotional events tied to Indonesian cultural occasions.
8.2 All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered or claimed. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default requirement of 10x (ten times the bonus amount) shall apply.
8.3 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be claimed within 7 calendar days of being issued and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses will expire automatically.
8.4 Players who attempt to withdraw bonus funds before completing the applicable wagering requirements will have the bonus and any associated winnings removed from their account. The original deposit amount (less any losses) may be retained at km771's sole discretion.
8.5 km771 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse, modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional offer where it reasonably suspects the Player is abusing the promotion or acting in bad faith, including but not limited to: hedging bets across two accounts, exploiting a mathematical error in a bonus offer, or systematically withdrawing bonuses without genuine gameplay intent.
8.6 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another Player. Each Player may claim each promotional offer only once unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
9.1 All bets placed on km771 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that bet type, which are accessible within the relevant betting section of the platform (sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, etc.). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
9.2 A bet is not deemed accepted until it has been confirmed by the km771 system and a reference number has been issued to the Player. km771 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as the result of a technical malfunction.
9.3 In the event of a disputed bet outcome, km771's settlement decision is final and binding. Any errors in bet settlement identified after the fact will be corrected at km771's discretion, and any overpayments resulting from a settlement error may be recovered from the Player's account balance.
9.4 Live and In-Play Betting. For live sports betting markets, km771 may suspend betting at any point during a match at the system's discretion — for example, following the award of a penalty kick, a red card, or a significant match incident. Bets accepted before suspension will stand. km771 accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the Player's side that may prevent timely bet placement during in-play markets.
9.5 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. For mix parlay bets (multi-leg accumulators), if one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the bet will be recalculated as if the voided selection had not been included. The remaining selections remain subject to normal settlement rules.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km771 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
10.2 km771 reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a confirmed breach of this section: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, recovery of any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
11.1 All content on the km771 platform — including but not limited to the km771 brand name, logo, website design, software code, graphical elements, text content, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of km771 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the km771 platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in or to the km771 intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the platform.
11.3 Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation of km771's intellectual property without the Company's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km771 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the km771 platform.
12.2 km771's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your km771 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 km771 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, peak traffic periods, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
12.4 km771 is not responsible for any loss of data, interruption to your internet connection, or device malfunction that may prevent you from placing or managing a bet during a live event.
13.1 You may close your km771 account at any time by submitting a request to the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any available balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
13.2 km771 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
13.3 In cases of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, km771 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
14.1 km771 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a range of player-controlled tools to help manage gaming activity, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account restrictions from 24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion.
14.2 Players may activate any of the above tools at any time through their account settings. Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
14.3 km771 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age. The Company employs age verification technology and manual review processes to prevent underage gambling. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately and permanently closed.

15.1 km771 collects and processes personal data from Players in order to operate the platform, verify identities, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate relevant account information and promotional offers.
15.2 km771's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the km771 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at km771.cam/privacy-policy.
15.3 km771 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the Company's licensing obligations.
16.1 km771 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, km771 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform, by email to registered account holders, or by prominent notice on the km771 website.
16.2 The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, or, if no date is specified, upon publication. Your continued use of km771 after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the km771 platform and request closure of your account in accordance with clause 13.1.
17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km771 holds its international gaming license.
17.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and km771, the Player should first contact the km771 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. km771 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
17.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 14 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process established by km771's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
17.4 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
